Pierbridge's Transtream version 8.5 includes a new onboarding wizard feature that enables system administrators to define automated, step-by-step processes for setting up and configuring new customer accounts. What used to take hours can now be done in minutes.
"Now that Transtream can be accessed from our Cloud, customers expect the ability to get up and running," said Bob Malley, Pierbridge CEO. "The easier we can make it to set up user permissions, locations, carrier registrations, peripheral devices, and other Transtream preferences, the faster they can start saving money."
The wizard feature takes advantage of Transtream's new Composer tool, which enables administrators to adapt onboarding workflows to the role-specific requirements of a particular user community. Composer can be accessed by any PC, Mac, or mobile browser.
