Pierbridge announced today that the latest release of its Transtream enterprise shipping platform, version 8.16, enables desktop and mail center shippers to take advantage of Deliv same-day shipping services in over 1,300 US cities.
"We've extended Deliv services to more enterprise locations," said Bob Malley, Pierbridge CEO. "Now in addition to providing same-day delivery services from warehouses and stores, medium to large enterprises can ship cost-effectively from thousand of office locations."
Deliv is a Menlo Park-based crowdsourced, same-day delivery startup. Deliv bridges the last mile gap between multichannel retailers and their customers, who can select a one-, two-, or three-hour delivery window.
