Today Pierbridge Inc. announced the appointment of Brian McDonald as CFO. McDonald will be replacing Richard Broad, one of Pierbridge's original founders who announced his decision to retire and has since been very active in the process of recruiting his successor.

McDonald has wide experience in operational, financial and M&A and has held a number of senior level executive positions, including 11 years as a senior VP with Platinum Equity. McDonald has been an advisor to Pierbridge for a number of years.
