Cerasis, Inc., a leading freight transportation management system (TMS) and transportation management solutions company, and Pierbridge, Inc., a leading parcel shipping software development company, announced today that they have reached a cross-licensing agreement that will enable Cerasis to greatly expand its freight processing capabilities with UPS, FedEx, USPS, LSO and hundreds of other parcel carrier services. Pierbridge's cloud-based Transtream platform will enable Cerasis to provide its customers real-time integration with local order data and devices, and fully automate rating, shipping, and tracking for both freight and parcel carriers.

In addition to Cerasis incorporating Pierbridge's Transtream technology within its own TMS solutions, Cerasis will license Pierbridge to access its freight web service API, significantly expanding Transtream's shipment processing capabilities.
