Executive Team

Mark Picarello (Managing Director) was responsible for Channel Management at Tracer Research, Inc., and instrumental in growing its international VAR network. When Tracer was acquired by Kewill Systems, Plc, Mark was appointed Director of Product Marketing for the eCommerce division, and later served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mark left Kewill and joined Pierbridge in 2004.

 

Mike Graves (VP Product Management & Operations) joined Pierbridge in February 2017. Mike oversees all product management and product marketing aspects of Pierbridge’s multi-carrier shipping software, Transtream, from inception to market launch. A former Marine, Mike has more than 25 years of experience in sales and operations, including 14 years at Pitney Bowes, where he was National Channel Sales Director, and Fasser where he served as Vice President of Sales and Operation.

Michael Del Brocco (VP Cloud Platforms & IT) joined Pierbridge in 2004 and is responsible for information systems, SaaS infrastructure, and worldwide technical support. Previously, as IT Director at Kewill Systems, Mike designed, built, and managed Kewill's US data center. Prior to that, Mike led project management teams at Tracer Research Inc. and successfully implemented multi-carrier management systems at Fortune 1000 companies.

 

Kathleen Marticello (Director, Finance and Administration) joined Pierbridge in 2010. Previously, Kathy spent 12 years as Director of Operations at Agile New England, an enterprise shipping systems integration company. From 1987 to 1998, Kathy worked as a systems engineer at CAM Data Systems where she was responsible for installing and supporting retail point of sale solutions. At Pierbridge, Kathy manages billing, payroll, human resources, and other administrative activities.

 

Scott Moore (VP, Marketing) joined Pierbridge in December 2017 and is responsible for marketing Pierbridge's multi-carrier shipping software, Transtream, as well as promoting Pierbridge’s supply chain thought leadership and expertise. Scott has many years of experience building world-class digital marketing practices and technologies that drive brand awareness, competitive differentiation, and lead generation. His previous position was VP Digital Strategy and partner at a B2B marketing agency.
